How does MOPO work?

MOPO is incredibly easy to use. It’s simply plug-and-play. Using the AC charger, you can power your MOPO battery through the electrical grid (wall charging) or go off-the-grid by using solar or wind power. Once fully charged take your MOPO with you and use the stored energy to power your devices on-the-go or simply keep your MOPO at home as backup power.

How do I charge my MOPO?

MOPO can be charged via wall charger, solar panel, or wind power.

How long does it take to fully charge my MOPO?

It takes about 4-6 hours to be charged by using AC plug provided in the package. It takes about 7 hours when using an 85W solar panel.

Can MOPO power my devices while it’s charging?

Yes, it can power your devices while being charged.

How do I properly store my MOPO?

For optimal battery health, store MOPO at room temperature in a dry environment out of direct elements.

How many cycles does MOPO have?

MOPO has 2000 cycles. This means you can recharge MOPO 2000 times to full capacity. After 2000 charges you’ll be able to continue to use your MOPO with a battery capacity around 80%.

How much does MOPO weigh?

What is the recommended temperature range?

32-95° F / 0-32° C is the optimal temperature range for storage. MOPO can operate at up to 140° F / 45° C.

Is MOPO waterproof?

MOPO is not waterproof. The Protective Case is water resistant up to IP63 standards (rain, dust, sand, etc.). Do not submerge your MOPO under water.

How durable is MOPO?

MOPO is very durable and rugged. However, we do not suggest tossing it around.

MOPO can be shipped to the United States, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia.

What is the warranty?

Powernheat Inc. warrants MOPO to be free of manufacturing defects. Powernheat will repair or take care of the replacement of parts and labor for 18 months from the date you receive MOPO. Specific terms are shipped with the MOPO products.
